Shipping Policy

We ship out our orders as quickly as possible. If there is an influx of orders, please allow us 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and packaged. If you are needing something by a specific date, please send me an email at info@cloud9-boutique.com

International shipping is available, and the rate will be calculated and added at checkout. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties you may owe. 

Domestic Shipping Options (within the US Shipping)

  • Standard $7.99: 3 - 5 business days
  • Express $15.99: 1 - 3 business days

If your package is lost in transit, please email us at info@cloud9-boutique.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located, we will reship your items and if they are not available, we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
